THE HOUSE
The 3-bedroom home sleeps up to 10 guests and includes a king bedroom, two double bedrooms and two sofa beds. The home features air conditioning, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, workspace, washer/dryer and comfortable indoor living spaces.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Rio Rico is a true jungle retreat, so expect the sights and sounds of tropical nature, including birds, insects, geckos, and other wildlife. The river and waterfalls are natural features and conditions can change with rainfall, so please use caution, especially with children. Tropical rain can be heavy at times, and outdoor surfaces may become slippery. We recommend following the provided driving directions carefully, particularly if arriving after dark.
