-Max 5 people in the unit.(including visitors)
Please Note - Bedroom Access:
To provide the best rates for all group sizes, we prepare bedrooms based on the number of guests in your booking:
• 1–2 Guests: You will have full, exclusive access to the entire apartment and the Master Bedroom.
• 3 Guests: Both the Master Bedroom and the second bedroom will be opened and prepared for your stay.
Note: If you are a party of 2 but require separate bedrooms, please book for 3 guests so we can ensure both rooms are professionally prepared and unlocked for your arrival.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire condo, including the living area, kitchen, bathroom, and private balcony.
You’ll also have access to shared community amenities, including:

• 🧒 Children’s playground
• 🌿 Garden lounges — perfect for relaxing outdoors
• 🔥 BBQ station for casual gatherings
Self check-in is seamless with building RFID and passcode entry, plus a smart lock for the unit. An RFID access card is provided inside the unit for added convenience.
Parking is available upon request, please let us know in advance if you’ll need a space.

Daily Parking rate is P500
There is available paid parking which you can inquire with the guards.
The rate is P50/3hrs (but only 5 slots)
