The space
The ideal place to rest and enjoy nature. We value good relations with the neighborhood, so no loud noise is allowed during the day, and no noise at night.

Built entirely in masonry for your greatest comfort, this was our biggest concern. We also think it is important to note that it is all covered with a slab to ensure that no insects will fall on you during your night's sleep or your bath, because we know that roofs and wooden ceilings harbor various types of insects and animals. All enclosed with fencing for the safety of all guests and pets.

The house has 3 bedrooms; two bedrooms have quiet ceiling fans and the third bedroom has a mobile fan that can be used in other spaces of the house. Desk in the rooms for home office and anti-insect and mosquito screens on the windows for greater comfort. Two bathrooms, one inside the house and one on the balcony, both with hot showers.

We have a fully equipped American-style kitchen integrated with a dining and living room, which has fiber optic Internet and SKY HD TV overlooking the large gourmet area with barbecue, integrated with the pool.

Also in the outdoor area we have a grassy field for volleyball and soccer. And a fire pit area.

An orchard in formation with more than five species of different fruit trees, and parking for up to 5 cars.

We are located in direct contact with nature, so it is important to take due care and respect it.

Located approximately 8 minutes from the city, we are in a very quiet and peaceful region, ideal for those seeking peace in the neighborhood. Access is via a very well-maintained dirt road, where you do not need cars with traction.

Our space is within a private area with private access.
