The property is located in DMCI Homes’ Prisma Residences Astra Tower.

- Located strategically at the heart of Pasig along C-5 road and very near to BGC (7mins) , Estancia (10 mins), Ortigas (15mins), Megamall (20mins), Makati (35mins) , QC (40mins) and NAIA (45 mins)

- Spacious 3 bedrooms (with AC) and 2 baths (with heaters and bidet) that can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests

- Fully-equipped kitchen with cooking essentials to help prepare meals

- Enjoy art displays and immersive TV experience with our 65’ Samsung Frame (Free Netflix!)

- With portable karaoke, board games, books, and others for some group bonding and entertainment

- Access to property’s amenities like swimming pool (limited to Mon-Wed only with a fee of Php 200 per person), gazebos, playground, jogging path, gardens, sky lounge, roof deck, and convenience store (located at basement 1)

Please note that the swimming pool is available to guests only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Thursdays are for pool cleaning and maintenance; while Fridays, weekends and holidays are exclusive only for unit owners and long-term registered tenants.

There is a pool usage fee of Php 200 per person per day payable to the Property Management Office (PMO/Admin) and lobby.
