This brand new lodge is large and spacious with 2 storeys. It has been built to high spec with luxury in mind including hot tub, log burner, private balcony, electric car charger, parking, playing field, wireless internet.
Located in the peaceful village of LLanbedr North Wales with easy access to spacious sandy beaches and the outstanding Snowdonia National Park

The space
Phoenix Lodge has 3 beautiful rooms each with ensuite bathrooms.

Bedroom One is the Master Bedroom located upstairs with a king bed. The ensuite comprises of a shower enclosure, sink and toilet.

Bedroom Two is a Double Bedroom with a small double sofa bed (this drops down from the wall). We would suggest this would comfortably fit one adult or two children.
The ensuite comprises of a shower enclosure, sink and toilet.
This room also has a walkout Balcony with seating to enjoy the view of the garden and beyond.

Bedroom Three is a King Bed located downstairs. The ensuite bathroom comprises of a Bath with a shower screen, sink and toilet.

Guest access
Guests are able to use the whole property including two parking spaces on the driveway in from of the Lodge.

The lodge is located in a small and beautiful village called Llanbedr

There is a village shop open from 7am-7pm selling a large array of groceries, soft drinks, beer and wine – its within walking distance from the lodge so don't worry if you have forgotten to pack everything.

The village has three public houses, all within walking distance of the Lodge.
The Hafan Artro a hotel and restaurant with a large garden.
The Victoria Inn located just after the bridge in the centre of the village.
The T Y Mawr further up the river, this is a hotel and restaurant with a large dog friendly garden.

There are many different walks on the doorstep from the lodge, in the centre of the village is a 'Walk Map' to help get you started but the lodge location is nestled in the very beautiful Snowdoina National Park so just go and explore!
