Guest access
Guests will access this splendid apartment via the common staircase of the building, located on the 3rd floor. The building does not feature an elevator. However, once you’ve made your way up to the third floor, you’ll be rewarded with a fully-equipped, modern apartment that offers the perfect combination of comfort and stunning mountain views across its two levels.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, please note the following policies:

1. **Bedroom Availability:** The number of bedrooms made available will be based on the number of people declared in the reservation. Extra persons beyond the reservation will not be accommodated, and additional fees will apply if there are any discrepancies, with payment required at check-in.
! As the bedrooms are double, each bedroom will not be allocated to individual guests. The three bedrooms will only be made available for groups of more than 4 people, and their opening and use are mandatory !

! For reservations of two guests: Access is strictly limited to one bedroom. If the guests do not wish to share the same bedroom, the second person has the option to sleep on the sofa in the living room. No additional bedrooms will be opened under any circumstances for a two-person reservation; the upper level is designated exclusively for larger groups !

2. **Occupancy:** For the safety and privacy of all guests, there will be no other individuals in the apartment except those in your reserved group. Two bedrooms for two people each will not be provided.

3. **Temperature Control:** The maximum thermostat setting allowed is 23°C. Please be aware that exceeding this temperature may result in an additional charge.
