It is a resort type condominium, that is complete with high class amenities, Swimming Pool, Kid Playroom, Billards, Table Tennis and Coffee Shop near the pool side where you can dine, have a sip of coffee to relax and enjoy your afternoon siesta.

2. Keep it Clean
2.1 DO NOT put your trash/ garbage outside the door.
2.2 Garbage collectors are roving twice a day to collect your daily trash.
Collection starts at 9:00am & 9:00pm
Only bring them out at the right time.
Segregation is highly recommended.
2.3 Try to keep road slippers and shoes outside.
2.3 Avoid putting scotch or double sided tapes, or any adhesive tape material that may damage the wall paint coats.
2.4 Liquid soap, four body and face towels are provided.
3. Registered Guests
We limit the room to our registered guests.
Maximum of four (4) guests
only.
3.1 Only registered guests will be allowed to stay overnight and sleep in the unit.

7. Left Items
7.1 Please be reminded after you
check-out we have marching orders to our housekeeper to dispose of all left items toiletries, condiments etc., except clothes, gadgets left by our guests.
7.2 Failure to message us within 24 hours after your check-out for its retrieval would make us decide for its disposal.

Important :
Only on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday our guests are allowed to use our swimming pool facilities.
Friday, Saturday Sunday & Holiday are exclusive use of the residents.
8.1 Guests or Non-registered residents without wristbands will NOT
be allowed to use the pool.
A swimming pool fee is required amounting to Php. 200.00 per head before issuance of
wristbands.
8.2 Registered guests will pay
to the PMO/ Admin Office at the Parking Basement 1 near Tower 2 elevator to secure a wristband.
8.3 After 5:00 PM ( Admin office Hours) from Mondays to Wednesdays, wristbands can be secured to the pool
attendant.
8.4 Kindly look for the pool attendant before dipping into the pool to register and present your proof of payments.
8.5 Do not leave the pool area without changing to DRY CLOTHES.
Water dripping in the hallways is a safety issue and causes major maintenance issues on elevators.
Damages or accidents which may arise due to violation of this restriction will be charged to the
offending Unit Owner.
8.6 The swimming pool shall be available for use strictly from the following schedule:
Mondays to Wednesdays:
7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Thursdays: CLOSED FOR GENERAL CLEANING
8.7 Gym
The previlleges to use our gym for our short term guests are not allowed.
Only those long term tenants minimum 1 one year above will be allowed.
8.8 Others
We also have a convenient store, laundry shop, mineral water station and ATM machine inside the compound located at Tower 1 building ground floor area.
9. Pay Parking
9.1 Guest Pay Parking for cars are available but on a first come first serve basis.
9.2 You must request earlier to your host if you need parking slots, short late notice is discouraged.
9.3 Payment of P308.00 for an overnight parking will be paid to via Gcash,
after your booking confirmation or
immediately upon entry to the property for instant booking.
9.4 However let it be a reminder payment is not guaranteed slots, specially for late notice and at every exit and entry you have to pay your parking slot.
9.5 Our security officer will provide you a parking slot if it's still available.
Otherwise you may ask them for an alternative pay parking venue near the property.
9.6 IMPORTANT
On your check out day, if required by the security, present proof of payment to them.

10. Bed & Cover Stain
Please be cautious with bedding, bed sheets and pillow covers.
Any stain found due or any foreign material that will damage its form will be charged a fine of Php 1000. for laundry and other restoration jobs.
11. Lost Items
The host/property owner is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewellery or any other valuables left by guests in the room.
Keep your unit locked all the time.
