Ojalá is located just a few miles away from Downtown Rincon. Just follow the "Road to Happiness."
The space
Ojala's unique floorplan features three bedrooms and two baths on the first floor and one bedroom and a full bath on the second floor. In addition, the second floor has an open-concept entertainment area and kitchen, which offers indoor-outdoor living when the weather accommodates. On the third level is a terrace with stunning ocean views of Aguadilla Bay.
Ojalá wants all guests to enjoy their stay while being safe. We implore our guests to dry their feet and selves when entering the home from our saltwater pool (not heated) or ocean. Water can create a slip hazard; the floors will be slippery when wet. The water heater is high-efficiency and tankless. Allow a few moments for it to get warm.
Rincón is a unique pueblo in that it provides a special setting: coastal and agricultural. Ojalá is located in the picturesque neighborhood of Puntas. Our friendly neighbors have horses, rosters, and dogs, to name a few. They are not just pets; they are family. We ask all our guests to be respectful; Ojalá is in a residential neighborhood. That's one of the reasons she is so unique - you’re holidaying among the locals.
Please read: Ojalá is environmentally conscious, and we have pledged to minimize our carbon footprint. Our guests will power down the mini splits whenever the room is unoccupied. It takes only a few minutes to cool the room when they are powered on. This is strictly monitored via Tesla App. Repeated violations of this policy can result in immediate eviction from the property with no refund. We appreciate your effort in helping us care for our planet; after all, we only have one.

Before arrival, guests must review, sign, and return the property’s liability waiver. The complete waiver is included below.
Please share your estimated arrival and departure times so we can help make your visit as smooth and stress-free as possible. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please notify us in advance. We will gladly accommodate your request when possible; however, last-minute requests are more difficult to arrange.
If you would like to arrange any of our concierge services, please let us know in advance so everything can be ready for your stay. Services include grocery shopping and pre-stocking (25% service fee), flower arrangements, catering, private chef services, massages, car rentals, and salsa lessons.
Check-in instructions and the property access code will be sent the day before your arrival. If you would like Cristina to welcome you in person, she is available from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Guests arriving later may follow the provided self-check-in instructions.
Once checked in, guests will have full access to the house and grounds.

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that staying at the property involves inherent risks of injury, illness, or property damage. These risks include, but are not limited to, slips, trips, falls, physical injuries, and accidents involving the property’s amenities, including the swimming pool, outdoor areas, balconies, terraces, and stairs.
I voluntarily choose to stay at the property and assume these risks for myself and every member of my traveling party.
2. Release of Liability
I agree to waive, release, and hold harmless the Property Owner, Host, and their family members, employees, agents, co-hosts, and independent contractors—including, but not limited to, cleaning staff, maintenance workers, and pool technicians—from any claims, demands, lawsuits, or liabilities arising from personal injury, illness, death, or property damage related to our stay, including claims involving ordinary negligence.
3. Property Damage and Conduct
I accept financial responsibility for any damage caused to the property, buildings, amenities, or contents by myself or any member of my party during our stay. I agree to immediately notify the Host of any unsafe conditions, accidents, damage, or broken items.
4. Acknowledgment of Agreement

The entrance gate opens manually by sliding it to the left. Parking is available for up to three vehicles inside the property. Please do not park on the grass, in the gardens, or near the solar lights.
Additional vehicles may be parked directly in front of Ojalá Villa or farther up the street. Please make sure they do not block traffic, driveways, or neighboring properties. Do not park in the parking area across the street, as it belongs to Serenity Guest House.
Trash cans are located outside on the right side of the property, near the Ojalá sign. Please do not overfill them or leave trash outside, as neighborhood dogs may get into it. Use the blue recycling bin for aluminum cans only.
Ojalá Villa is committed to reducing its carbon footprint. Please turn off the mini-split air conditioners whenever rooms are unoccupied. The rooms cool down quickly once the units are turned back on.
For your safety and the protection of the property, exterior security cameras are installed at the front, back, and both sides of the house. There are no cameras inside the property.
Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. Ojalá has a maximum capacity of eight people, including children. If you plan to invite additional guests for a party, gathering, BBQ, pool use, or any other activity, Ojalá is not the right fit for your vacation. If you need a larger property, please explore Cristina’s other listings. She hosts and co-hosts accommodations for groups ranging from 2 to 24 guests.
Children must always be supervised on the stairs, balconies, patio, and near the pool. Children are not permitted on the rooftop. Running or diving in the pool and jumping from the balcony into the pool are strictly prohibited. The pool depth ranges from 3 to 5 feet.
Smoking, parties, events, illegal activities, and promotional filming are not permitted. Indoor furniture must remain inside and should not be exposed to water or direct sunlight. Please avoid applying sunscreen or tanning oils while using the furniture or bedding. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 p.m. Please keep noise to a minimum to respect our neighbors and residential community.
If you need a Pack ’n Play or high chair, please let us know before arrival, and we will have it ready for you.
