Guests have full access to the entire home and deck area. Here are a few things to note:
🚗 Parking Area:
• The roofed parking area is exclusively reserved for guests of The LoveShack Villa.
• If you notice anyone else using the roofed parking area, please notify us so we can address it promptly.
• The garbage can is located outside the gate behind the cement wall—please remove all trash from the house.
🏖️ House Essentials:
• Feel free to use any items provided, including beach chairs, towels, and kitchen essentials.
• We kindly ask that all items be returned in the same condition as when you arrived.
• We maintain an inventory, and guests will be charged for any missing or damaged items.
🧺 Laundry Room:
• The laundry room is located inside the house and is available for long term stays (7 days or more)
• Please note, we do not provide detergent, fabric softener, or other laundry supplies.
• Cleaning supplies such as the mop and broom are stored here as well.
📺 Entertainment:
• The house is equipped with 2 smart TVs one in the kids room and another one in the master room for your convenience.
• Log into your personal streaming accounts to access your favorite shows and movies.
🚪 Locked Storage:
• The master bedroom has a locked closet used for storage. Guests are welcome to use the chest of drawers and luggage racks in other rooms.

Advisory Notice: Beachfront Mosquitoes
Dear Valued Guests,
As our property is located directly on the beautiful shores of Shacks Beach, please be advised that beach mosquitoes may be present throughout the year. While we make every effort to minimize their presence, the open nature of our unit with large windows and spacious areas can occasionally allow them inside.
To ensure your comfort, we provide the following amenities to help keep mosquitoes at bay:
• Mosquito coils
• Eucalyptus plants
• Citronella candles
• Insect repellent (Off!)
We recommend using these resources during your stay and keeping doors and windows closed during dawn and dusk, when mosquitoes are most active. We hope these measures help you enjoy a relaxing and comfortable experience in our beachfront home.
Power & Water Outages:
🏝️ Please note that island living comes with its unique charm, including the occasional power or water outage. While these interruptions are relatively common, they are usually resolved within a few hours.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to embrace the laid-back island lifestyle during your visit.
Guest Advisory – Please Read Before Booking
Our property is located beachfront, and due to the age of the building’s infrastructure, guests may occasionally experience low or inconsistent water pressure. At times it regulates on its own, while other times it may remain low.
Please know that we take proactive steps to minimize this issue, including regularly maintaining and declogging the pipelines (at least twice a month), as well as installing a water cistern and pressure regulator. However, due to the older plumbing system, this is not something we can fully control.
By booking, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of experiencing water pressure fluctuations. Kindly note that refunds will not be issued for this reason.
We share this in advance to ensure full transparency and to avoid any surprises during your stay.
Maintenance Availability Notice:
Please note that our handyman services are upon availability from Monday through Saturday morning only. Any issues that arise after Saturday afternoon or on Sundays will not be assessed until Monday.
While we do our best to ensure everything is in perfect condition prior to your stay, unexpected issues may occasionally arise. We kindly ask guests to take this into consideration before booking to avoid any inconveniences.
