The space
Meu Studio offers a cozy and calm environment with an electronic lock facilitating your entry (self-check-in). Well lit with a view of the sunset.

We do not accept pets and smokers out of respect for guests who have allergies.

It has 1 parking space. The parking spaces are covered and numbered but you can use any that are available (requires registration of the vehicle).

Entry of vehicles and deliveries are made by Av.Mal. Floriano Peixoto 263 – Gonzaga, Santos – SP, 11060-301, Brazil

Equipped with Smart TV, Netflix, Vivo Fibra 300 MEGA fast internet, USB charger station for cell phones and other electronics and Alexa - Amazon Echo show. It also has a washer and dryer and air conditioning for your convenience.

The kitchen is complete! Ready for you to prepare your meals including oven, stove, sink with water filter changed every 6 months, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, pans, cutlery and other kitchen utensils. We also have an iron and hairdryer.

Bath towels, full bedding, blankets, bathrobes and beach towels are available.

Cleaning service will come to my studio on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for a simple cleaning (they collect the trash bag, sweep, sanitize the bathroom sink). If you are in the studio they will knock on the door and it will be your choice to open and accept the cleaning. Otherwise they will leave an informational note on the door confirming that they have passed through the studio.

Neighborhood highlights

You will have access to the beach, bars, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, 24-hour ATM, shopping mall, variety of shops and supermarkets within walking distance from my Studio. Fresh and organic vegetable and fruit market takes place every Saturday morning and it is 2 blocks from the condominium.

The Studio is also approximately 4 minutes by car or 16 minutes walking from the Gonzaga neighborhood in Santos, famous for the concentration of many shops, shopping malls, bars and restaurants.

I also provide a list of my favorite places to visit when I'm in town. The idea is to provide you with the option of getting to know places having the experience of the local residents and not just the more traditional tourist sites.

In the 24-hour Lounge area located on the 4th floor next to the front pool, drinks, snacks and breakfast are served on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. From 8am to 4pm. Extension # 47. Also delivers from 8 am to 10 pm.

The Pao de Acucar market next to the building offers a self-service restaurant on the 2nd floor from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm.

The Olimpia restaurant, next to the Pao de Acucar market offers a variety of seafood options and also "Meca Santista", which would be one of the traditional dishes of the city of Santos.

José Menino is a neighborhood that borders part of the waterfront of the city of Santos and that gives its name to the beach in front of which it is located.
