5 storey luxury 175m2 16th Century townhouse in the heart of medieval Saint Paul de Vence, stunningly renovated with a seamless blend of historic authenticity and luxurious Provençal modernity, and situated overlooking the ramparts giving breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. The 3 generously proportioned air-conditioned suites (each 35m2) with en-suite bathrooms sleep 6 guests, and the house has a beautiful open plan fully-equipped kitchen/dining room.
The space
This characterful 16th Century boutique townhouse has been tastefully renovated whilst preserving its original features. Each of the 3 tranquil suites gives you 35m2 of spacious Provençal luxury, with fresh French linen sheets on their super-king beds (which all can be separated into large twin singles upon request), and beautiful Zellige tiled bathrooms complete with copper or rolltop cast iron baths, and two of the suites have separate rain showers. Brand new airconditioning has been installed in each suite in 2023. Guests can also enjoy the well-stocked bar with complementary wine, spirits, tea & coffee while relaxing downstairs in the fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining room. The ground floor suite has its own private terrace with table and chairs overlooking the medieval ramparts. The house has a large cave containing professional washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing machine (laundry service provided by housekeeper) and lots of storage space for bikes, etc. Parking is available upon request.

CORONAVIRUS CLEANING POLICY - Since March 2020 we have implemented a rigorous cleaning policy with our professional cleaner (a wonderful and meticulous ex 5* hotel maid) to help prevent the spread of COVID19, using a professional steam cleaner to clean not only floors but all regularly touched fixtures, fittings and items. All linen and towels are washed at between 60-90 degrees C in a professional grade washing machine with steam function, and the entire property is well ventilated between bookings.
