Peace and quiet

This peaceful secluded cottage, a true nook, sits on 3.2 acres with a national park boundary on 3 sides adjacent to Blackbush Resort at Grand Tracadie. This resort is a short walk to one of the most beautiful white sand beaches on the island and an amazing restaurant "Finn". It is within 15-30 minute drive to multiple world famous golf courses including Crowbush, Brudenell and Dundarave. National park full service beaches are minutes away. Charlottetown is 20 minutes. The space
As you drive onto the property, you will observe the diversity of many Island native trees and shrubs. So much to discover.

You enter the Nook into a fully screened in covered porch with comfortable outdoor furniture to sit and watch wildlife. Foxes, eagles, osprey and blue jays are common guests which are especially active in the morning while enjoying your Nespresso or French press coffee This area is amazing in the evenings to enjoy a cool breeze while you cook supper on the 28" Blackstone griddle.

The glass double front doors both open to bring the outside into the main open bright living area. All windows in the Nook open to allow for breezes that carry the smell and sound of the ocean just 500 yards away.

The kitchen in the main living area has everything you need to cook and enjoy a meal. Amenities include a microwave oven, toaster oven, propane/gas range and full size refrigerator.

A 65" tv with firestick and Fibre op Wi Fi to enjoy Bell tv or connect to your streaming service or personal device. There is an additional HDMI to the TV available.

Bedroom on main floor has a queen bed with Casper mattress. The bed doubles as a dresser with drawer storage underneath. This bedroom has it's own air conditioner.

Spiral stairs lead to an open loft with a double bed and Kingsdown mattress. Skylights are above the bed to view the stars at night. There is a second air conditioner located here to achieve optimal temperature.

The bathroom/laundry room has a single vanity, rainfall and hand held shower. The GE energy efficient washer and dryer will keep your towels fresh for the beach.
For the adventurous guest, an outside shower with both hot and cold water is available.

Other things to note
The Nook is located on a dirt road. Please drive slowly and watch for bunnies!
