Hop on a trail.Stroll the boardwalk & breathe in salty air. Buy fresh fish/go deep sea fishing (seasonal). Close to restaurants: Pedro’s & The Rustico Cannery (seasonal). Blue Mussel Cafe & Cavendish are 9 min drive away. Golf courses near too.

The space
Outside: Front floating deck is equipped with deluxe Adirondack chairs & a barbecue. Inside: Open concept common room with vaulted ceiling & fully equipped kitchen with 4 stainless appliances. Bedrooms (2) and bathroom down the hall each bedroom has comfy Queen beds. There’s even a futon in the living room, if needed. Reclining couch with 50” Roku TV.

My work: education
Married an Islander who had moved to Ontario for work. We visited this gentle island with our kids almost every summer to see his family, to enjoy the beaches & to eat seafood. Then he sold me on retiring early from teaching so it’s freedom 55 for us and… our adult kids joined us too! Grandies just love the island! Life is good. Hope you enjoy a slice of the island vibe too.
