Enjoy access to everything from this coastal boho cottage w/large deck, spacious common area, full kitchen granite island & 2 bedrooms.Located on a quiet street close to beach(700m). Walk to theatre or wellness arena. Hop on a trail.Stroll the boardwalk & breathe salty air. Buy fresh fish/go deep sea fishing (seasonal). Close to restaurants like Pedro’s & Rustico Cannery; drive to Blue Mussel Cafe. Cavendish is 9 min drive so close to Anne, CBMF & Sommo venues. Golf too!

The space
Outside: Front floating deck is equipped with deluxe Adirondack chairs & a barbecue. Inside: Open concept common room with vaulted ceiling & fully equipped kitchen with 4 stainless appliances. Bedrooms (2) and bathroom down the hall each bedroom has comfy Queen beds. There’s even a futon in the living room, if needed. Reclining couch with 55” LG TV.

Married an Islander who had moved to Ontario for work. We visited this gentle island with our kids almost every summer to see his family, to enjoy the beaches & to eat seafood. Then he sold me on retiring early from teaching so it’s freedom 55 for us and… our adult kids joined us too! Grandies just love the island! Life is good. Hope you enjoy a slice of the island vibe too.
