This spacious 56sqm condo unit is ideal for family, group of friends or even couples who want a comfortable accommodation. Our unit can accommodate up to 5 pax.

What to expect:

- 24-hr security and a peaceful gated community

- Near commercial establishments: beside Fairview Terraces, in front of SM Fairview, walking distance to Robinsons Novaliches

- SWIMMING POOL is accessible to guests on WEEKDAYS (Mondays to Fridays except Thursday - cleaning day and holidays) for a fee of Php200/person/day. Wearing of proper swimming attire is a must.

- PAY PARKING is available on a first come, first serve basis. Please message us for the parking rates before booking specially if parking fee is a consideration.

REQUIREMENTS:

ALL GUESTS are expected to abide by the house rules and regulations of the condominium corporation and the unit owner including but not limited to submission of valid government ID and guests information details. Strictly only authorized guests are allowed inside the unit.

Services of a hotel accommodation are not available in airbnb unit such but not limited to daily cleaning/make up room service. We can assure you though that the unit is cleaned, disinfected and prepared accordingly for your stay.
