Nirvana Villas are contemporary and modern villas located in the heart of Lonavala. These four bedroom air-conditioned villas are a perfect getaway for family/friends seeking wholesome fun and to spend quality time with their loved ones. Our villas are conveniently located within 3.5 km from Mum-Pune highway and have an easy entry into Lonavala. We invite you to make the best use (and care) of our listed villa facilities, as if it is your own.

The space
We offer contemporary rooms with wooden decor. All rooms are air-conditioned with bathrooms (2 en-suite bathrooms). The villa comes with a plunge pool and Table Tennis Table.

There are frequent power cuts in Lonavala. We have made a provision for limited (not the entire villa) power back-up through inverters for a few hours. Air-conditioning does not operate on invertor power back up.

Other things to note
i. As required by law, every guest above 18 years of age must carry a copy of their Photo ID and should present it to the caretaker before check-in.
ii. No illegal activity is permitted in the house.
iii. Please ensure that the neighborhood is not disturbed.
iv. We do not encourage you to engage in any arguments with neighbors. In case there is any concern, please contact the caretaker or you may even call us.
v. Smoking is strictly not allowed in rooms. One can only smoke in the open spaces like terrace area, balconies or backyard.
vi. Alcohol is allowed subject to legal age limits/license requirements as per Indian laws under guest’s own responsibility.
vii. Loud Music at night post 10 pm is not allowed in Lonavala.
viii. Please wear proper nylon/waterproof costume to use the pool.
ix. Please leave all the waste in the red waste-bin kept outside at the entrance. Extra cleaning charges will be charged if the waste disposable materials (paper plates, bottles, etc.) are found in the house while check out.
x. Any damages to the property or equipment will attract fines.
xi. Cleaning is done once before check-in and for guests staying more than one day, gets free cleaning in the morning. And additional cleaning during the stay can be done on request and is chargeable.
xii. For food, Zomato delivers to our location. There is a kitchen in-house on self serve basis. There is also a home chef close by from where you can order home cooked food.
Our caretaker can also help you to collect food parcels from restaurants that are not delivering.
We don’t recommend cooking meals at the kitchen but use the same for cooking basic snacks/breakfast on self basis.
