This newly built modern apartment is ideal for your Caribbean vacation and to explore the beautiful island of Grenada.The apartment is nested in Belmont just 7 mins drive from the capital. The scenic panoramic ocean view from the balcony overlooks the lagoon and Port Louis Marina which is one of the top yachting destinations in the Caribbean region.
Whether you're traveling for pleasure or for business the apartment set up was hand picked to cater for a peaceful and relaxing ambiance.

The space
The apartment is open- planned and fully air conditioned on the first floor with a well equipped gym on the ground floor. Furnished in a modern style, and has a single bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-alone shower, a large living room with a sofa bed , 2 plasma TV, and high speed Wi-Fi. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, washer and dryer, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, and other amenities to make your stay comfortable.

Guests have access to the complete apartment with a private entrance along with the patios and shared public personal training gym.
Lounging beach chairs are available for all guests at the Native Spirit Scuba on Grand Anse Beach.
Free 1 hour snorkel equipment and kayak is also available for all guests.
