Welcome to MSG Bunker Beach apartment where exclusivity is key. The condo has private beach access and a community pool. Expect to hear the amazing roar of the waves 24 hours a day.

The space
The condominium includes private parking assigned to apartment, outdoor shower at the pool area to rinse off after a full day at the beach, Master Bedroom1 with queen bed, Bedroom2 with bunk beds full size bottom, a twin on top and a floor roll out bed.

To keep all honest, as its self check in. There is a camera at the front door to confirm number of guest. Charges will be added after the 4th guest.

Guest access
The premises are on a quiet relaxing beach with a lovely view of the ocean gated complex, Pool and Gazebo area. Close proximity to Restaurants, shopping area, supermarkets, Prime Outlets, natural and cultural areas.

Other things to note
Self check-in, Check yourself in with the lockbox. To keep all honest, as its self check in. There is a camera at the front door to confirm number of guest. Charges will be added after the 4th guest. After 4th guest, there will be a charge of $25 per night, per extra guest.

There are 3 other nearby beaches Los Tubos de Manati, Vega Baja Beach (Mar Bella) & Poza las Mujeres.

Apartment is located 20 minutes away from the Barceloneta Premium Outlets shipping center. Only 45 mins from the Old San Juan.

Do not lose the keys, if lost, Fee of $100 will be added to the reservation for the loss of it.
