Nestled in the mountains of Gracefield Quebec is Minabichi hideaway. Located on 35 acres of land that boasts water access, atv and skidoo trails attached to the property as well as hiking and cycling trails within a 10 minute drive. Thirty minutes away is a golf course as well as ski hills. This is a unique apartment that has to be seen to truly appreciate. Nature abounds here, not just wildlife but star gazing and more.

The space
**All dogs must be leashed. There are three friendly dogs on site**

The lake is not swimmable off our dock but you can canoe or kayak to a swimming area. Access to the water is now finalized, there may be water while walking out that will cover your feet depending on if the beaver damn has been opened.

Given that we are in the country there are bugs at certain times of the year (mostly May through July). Please come prepared :-) We also sometimes encounter a mouse. We work tirelessly to trap them but they are sneaky! This is in no way mentioned as a deterrent, just for full disclosure. We still wouldn’t live anywhere else!

We have only been here for a few years and are continually working to improve the property. There may be some projects underway or some items that seem out of place. As soon as the space for them is complete they will be stored appropriately.

Each of the bedrooms has a walk out area. The master has a balcony and the second one has a deck. The living room is spacious and a great place to play games or cuddle up and watch some Netflix.

There is a propane bbq on the front deck, we also have a charcoal bbq available but you would need to bring the charcoal and lighter fluid (it is camping sized).

No matter what the weather the property is gorgeous to explore. Depending on the season you will find many kinds of berries and mushrooms.

We have a trampoline, ninja set and other kid friendly activities on site.

Cell signal is very spotty but you are welcome to use the home phone.

Other things to note
We are located on a campground so it is possible you may encounter other guests. This said it is completely possible to relax and carve out space just for you. The land behind the apartment is for your use, the outdoor equipment is shared with others.

When you are done your stay please feel free to leave the garbage and recycling in the apartment or just outride the door. We are happy to clean, it is your time away after all!!!
