This beautiful haven in the heart of downtown Cagayan de Oro has pool, garden, fitness center and playground. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Mesaverte Residences is located right next to the biggest malls and coolest bars/restos in Cagayan de Oro City. You are exactly where you want to be!

The space
This brand new studio apartment is on the 16th floor of Tower 2, with an unobstructed view of the Cagayan de Oro coastline. The room has a large queen size bed that can fit up to 3 guests. The 43-inch smart TV is connected to the internet and also comes with a selection of cable channels. Stay connected online with the free high-speed wifi internet access! The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, stove top, and kettle. T&B is equipped with hot & cold shower and bidet.

The swimming pools are complimentary for up to two guests and are open until 9:30 PM. Extra guests charged P200 for day use and P300 night use. Note that the pools are closed on Mondays for maintenance.

Access to gym and fitness center is limited to one guest. The playground, jogging path, basketball court are also free for guests to use.

Outdoor day parking is free to use, but overnight parking is charged separately at P300/night. There are nearby public parkings outside Mesaverte, which you may use. Alternatively, there are paid overnight parking options beside 7/11 Corrales St. for P100/night.
