The space
Directly on the water, this Breton house spread over three levels offers a unique experience.

In the basement, the former boathouse turned workshop includes a washing machine, dryer, and leisure equipment such as bicycles (subject to availability), a summer barbecue, beach games, and garden furniture.

The main level features a living-dining room with a fireplace, where you can admire the sea through a panoramic view and a long balcony. The kitchen is simple but functional, fully equipped and also offers a sea view. The bathroom has a large shower with a sea view. There are three bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes and drawers available, one with a sea view and two with a view of the countryside. There is also a separate toilet.

Among the amenities, you will find a dishwasher, television, Hi-Fi system, turntable and high-speed internet connection via Starlink. The property boasts a vast private plot of 5,000 m², unfenced, bordered by the sea on one side and the countryside on the other. A wooden gate provides direct access to the beach visible from the house. This peaceful environment is ideal for relaxing, but also perfect for starting enriching sports and cultural activities.

You will be fascinated by the beauty of the landscapes and the immensity of the ocean, which can also be seen from your chair. Ninnog, Tudy and Gell, the Ouessant sheep, will add a bucolic touch to your stay while maintaining the lawn ecologically.

Just 3 km from the center of Plouescat, you will have easy access to quality shops and a lively village life, especially in summer with its markets, free shows, horse races and festivals. Zan Beach is right at your feet, while La Dentelière creperie is just a few minutes' drive away.

In our Breton house located directly on the seafront, you will have exclusive access to the following areas:

Basement: Access a multifunctional space that includes a washing machine, dryer, and leisure equipment such as bicycles (subject to availability), a barbecue for your summer grilling, beach games, and garden furniture.

Main Level: Fully enjoy the living-dining room with a fireplace, offering breathtaking sea views from a long balcony. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped and ready for use. The bathroom, equipped with a large shower, also provides a sea view. Three bedrooms with double beds will welcome you for rest, equipped with all necessary storage.

Outdoor Grounds: The property includes a vast area of 5,000 m², open to a coastal and rural landscape. A small wooden gate allows direct access to the private beach at the end of the garden.

Shared Spaces: Although the house is entirely at your disposal, the large land around the house is shared with our Ouessant sheep, who maintain the land in an ecological manner.

We invite you to use all these spaces as if it were your own home, while respecting the unique and tranquil character of the environment.

Electricity and Heating
Electricity is included up to a limit of 100 kWh per night, which in winter corresponds to a comfortable use of heating. Beyond this usage, a surcharge of 0.20 euros per kWh will be applied.

House Linen
Bed sheets are provided and beds will be made upon your arrival. We also offer towel sets at a rate of 5€ per set, which includes a bath sheet, a towel, and a hand towel.

Pets
Pets are welcome in our accommodation. However, access to beds, sofas, and armchairs is strictly prohibited. An additional fee for thorough cleaning will be required to ensure the comfort of subsequent travelers.
