The space
The property is one-story, has an area of 490 m2 and is fully furnished. It is located within the Lomas de Comanjilla country subdivision, which has controlled access and 24/7 surveillance.
The house offers accommodation for 6 people, and up to 6 visitors are allowed. You are asked to register the total number of people who will be staying at the property (guests + visitors) in order to receive the correct rate. The entry of additional persons to this number without prior authorization, may result in cancellation of the reservation or additional charge.

On the outside:
1) Pool with Jacuzzi exclusively for guests. It measures 5x4x1.4 meters and has solar panels and a heat pump.
Important Note: In months with cold or cloudy weather, the water may not be warm due to the ambient temperature. We recommend considering it when planning your stay.

* All bedrooms come with a fan.
* 3 towels, toilet paper, hand soap, body and shampoo are included in each bathroom.
* There is no water to drink, however at the entrance of the subdivision there are 2 very stocked convenience stores where you can purchase what is required.
* The house has solar heaters and a backup gas boiler.
* By development regulations, speakers, bands, musical groups and/or DJs are not allowed.
* There are established quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines imposed by the subdivision.
* Pool maintenance is done between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM, and it can no longer be used during that time. (Applies to 1-night rentals.)

Guests can enjoy all the areas of the house.
IMPORTANT: In overnight reservations, the pool can only be used from 3 pm to 5 am. From 5:00 am to 8:00 am, maintenance and chemical application is done and it can be used again until after 12:00 pm.
In extended reservations, maintenance times can be adjusted.
