The space
The property is one story, has an area of 720 m² (7,750 sq. ft.), and is fully furnished. It is located within the Lomas de Comanjilla country subdivision, which has controlled access and 24/7 surveillance.
The house accommodates 10 guests, and up to 5 visitors are allowed. You are asked to register the total number of people who will be staying at the property (guests + visitors) in order to receive the correct rate.

1) Pool with a wading area for the exclusive use of guests. It measures 5x4x1.5 meters and has solar panels.
Important Note: In months with cold or cloudy weather, the water may not be warm due to the ambient temperature. We recommend considering it when planning your stay.

* All bedrooms come with a fan.
* Each bathroom includes towels, toilet paper, hand soap, body soap, and shampoo.
* There is no water to drink, however at the entrance of the subdivision there are 2 very stocked convenience stores where you can purchase what is required.
* The house has solar heaters and a backup gas boiler.
* By development regulations, speakers, bands, musical groups and/or DJs are not allowed.
* There are established quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines imposed by the subdivision.
* Pool maintenance is done between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM, and it can no longer be used during that time. (Applies to 1-night rentals.)
* It is recommended to bring mosquito repellent and not to leave doors open.
