The total number of people entering the listing is requested to be registered (guests + visitors who do not sleep) in order to get the correct rate. The maximum capacity of people who can enter the accommodation is "19".

1) Alberca exclusively for guests. It measures 8x4x1.4 meters and has solar panels to keep the water warm.
Important note: In months of cold weather, water may not be lukewarm due to ambient temperature. We recommend considering it when planning your stay.

* All rooms come with a fan and bedding. No blankets or covers are provided.
* 3 towels, toilet paper, hand soap, body and shampoo are included in each bathroom.
* There is no water to drink, however at the entrance of the subdivision there are 2 very stocked convenience stores where you can purchase what is required.
* The house has a gas heater.
* By development regulations, speakers, bands, musical groups and/or DJs are not allowed.
* There are established quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines imposed by the subdivision.
* It is recommended to bring mosquito repellent and not to leave doors open.
Guest access
In bookings with a stay.
From 1 to 9 guests is only left open the first floor of the house (bedrooms 1, 2 and 3).
10 to 15 guests are left the ground floor plus the bedroom 4.
From 16 to 19 guests the entire house is left open.
IMPORTANT: For one-night bookings, the pool can only be used from 3:00 PM to 5:00 AM. From 5:00 am to 8:00 am, maintenance and chemical application are done, and it can be used again after 1:00 pm.
In extended reservations, maintenance times can be adjusted.
