The space
The property has 2 floors, an area of 800 m², and is fully furnished. It is located within the Lomas de Comanjilla country subdivision, which has controlled access and 24/7 surveillance.
To ensure the correct rate, please register the total number of people who will be entering the property (guests + visitors who will not be staying overnight). The maximum number of people allowed to enter the property is “17.”

OUTDOOR:
1) Pool for the exclusive use of guests. It measures 8 x 4 x 1.4 meters (26 x 13 x 4.6 feet) and has solar panels to keep the water warm.
Important Note: In cold weather months, the water may not be warm due to the ambient temperature. We recommend considering this when planning your stay.

* Each bathroom includes 3 towels, toilet paper, hand soap, body soap, and shampoo.
* There is no drinking water, however at the entrance of the development there are 2 very well-stocked convenience stores where you can buy whatever you need.
* The house has a gas boiler.
Guest access
For reservations with lodging.
For 1 to 7 guests, only the first floor of the house (bedrooms 1, 2, and 3) is made available.
For 8 to 13 guests, the ground floor plus Bedroom 4 are available.
For 14 to 17 guests, the entire house is made available.
IMPORTANT: In overnight reservations, the pool can only be used from 3 pm to 5 am. From 5:00 am to 8:00 am, maintenance and chemical application is done and it can be used again until after 12:00 pm.
In extended reservations, maintenance times can be adjusted.
Other things to note
For 1 to 7 guests, the first floor of the house (bedrooms 1, 2, and 3) is made available.
For 8 to 12 guests, the ground floor plus Bedroom 4 are made available.
For 14 to 17 guests, the entire house is made available.
