Charming residence and a haven of peace in the middle of a protected area, the house is located along the historic Vésubie canal and has several bedrooms with a private shower, a corresponding terrace and common areas including a large terrace equipped with a summer kitchen and a BBQ. The land is partly fenced for the safety of children and animals. The pool is heated in winter; it is surrounded by a 100 m2 deck and with salt filtration.
