It has ample, airy environments and it is possible to enjoy the sea view of all rooms.

The property is very well located, situated in a prime neighborhood and surrounded by green areas, close to a pharmacy, gas station, markets, restaurants, pizzerias, bakery and a few meters from Arrastão Beach.

In front of the house (just across the street) is the best pastry shop in town, “Macarons Glace”.

Oi The house has a complete infrastructure and has:

- 4 bedrooms being 2 suites (all with air conditioning);

- 2 bedrooms and 1 suite are upstairs (with integrated balcony and sea view) and the master suite is on the ground floor;

- Full kitchen integrated with the living room and dining area;

- Set of appliances (blender, microwave, air fryer, nespresso coffee maker and water filter;

- Vertical freezer for drinks, meat and etc;

- Glass doors that fully open, leaving the entire space open and airy with the breeze of the sea;

- American grilled grill with wheels that facilitate the displacement (it is possible to place it in the outside area near the beach for an outdoor barbecue);

- Television in the living room with Claro HD channels and apps such as netflix and globoplay;

- 4 full baths and 1 half bathroom;

- Futmesa, swing, beach tennis network and external toy for children;

- Beach chairs for sunbathing;

- Access gate to the beach (try walking along the waterfront during low tide);

Important: The house offers full bed linen but towels are charged separately if you wish.

The house is located in the Portal da Olaria neighborhood. Praia do Arrastão is very close (500m) and can be accessed by car or through a walk of only 10 minutes.
The beach has calm sea, conducive to families with children, practice water sports such as stand-up, kayaking and also has a soft sand great for playing volleyball and beach tennis.

For families who want to go a little further and enjoy the beautiful southern coast beaches, we always recommend Guaecá Beach, with soft sand, crystal clear water and free parking. It's just 9km from the house.
