Welcome to La Maison Sterna, a family beach house in the village of Saint-Michel-en-Grève.
A nice house with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, a short walk to the beach. The perfect place for a stay by the water, with family or friends, on vacation or working remotely, for a family reunion, event, celebration, photo shoot or anything else.

The space
La Maison Sterna is a large house on the basement, with a 400 m2 garden surrounding the house, with a beautiful sunny terrace.
The veranda overlooks the surrounding rooftops and the beautiful beach of Saint-Michel. This bright space offers the opportunity to admire the landscape or hang up your beach gear, coats and towels after a walk.
On the ground floor:
The entrance leads to the kitchen on one side, and the dining room and living room on the other.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, range hood, dishwasher, 3-burner stove, microwave, kettle, coffee machine...), designed for lovers of the kitchen. Its central island also offers a small dining area.
The pretty dining room accommodates 8 people at the table. You can open the large bay windows to extend this space onto the veranda. The living room accommodates a large sofa where it's nice to lie down, read, rest, gather, or watch a movie. There are also games and books to keep you entertained.
The hallway opens onto the Beige Sable bedroom, the downstairs bathroom and the stairs leading to the first floor.
The Beige bedroom includes a double canopy bed (140 x 200 cm). From the bed, the view is unobstructed and not overlooked, of the forest adjoining the garden.
The bathroom includes a shower cubicle, sink and the first toilet.
Upstairs, a large landing leads to three other bedrooms:
- The Green Room with sea view: a double bed (140 x 200cm), large closet and a wardrobe to store your belongings and make you feel right at home.
- The Infinite Blue room includes two single twin beds (90 x 200 cm), which can be converted into a queen size bed (160 x 190 cm). Ideal for children. On request, a travel cot can be added in this room or in the parents' room.
- The Bleu Calme room is a pretty room with sea view that has a double bed (140 x 200 cm). It also has a large closet to store all your belongings.
On the landing is an office/teleworking space, facing the window overlooking the southern slope of Saint-Michel-en-Grève.
Finally, the second bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and furniture to store your belongings. We leave at your disposal the essentials.
Guest access
The entire place is reserved for tenants. Guests can take advantage of the terrace and garden.

PLEASE NOTE: For health reasons, we invite you to bring your own linens and towels. If this is not possible, please let us know.
Beach games are available, please take care of them for the following tenants :)
A travel crib, high chair and small cutlery will be provided at your request.
Guests can take advantage of the tourist documentation upon arrival.

RESERVATIONS:
The House is rented by the week in high season, from the end of June to the beginning of September. Short stays are available (on weekends and weekdays the rest of the year). Please let us know if you have specific dates or events planned well in advance.
HIGHLIGHTS:
The House is located less than 200 m walk to the beach. You can take the small staircase leading to the beach or the discreet trail that is part of the G34 (Customs Trail).
Maison Sterna is close to the center of the village: Town hall, post office, organic/local grocery store, craft shops, exhibition house, church. A coworking space is also available at the bottom of the house, overlooking the main street (more info: CoWork in progress – Saint-Michel-en-Grève)
Sports and water activities: surf school, kitesurfing, sailing, sand yachting.
Nearby hikes (GR34) for nature lovers.
An equestrian center is at the end of the street.
Beach volleyball, basketball, tennis, etc. on the beach or in the village.

- By car: 5 hours 40 minutes from Paris, 3 hours from Nantes... Access to expressways in 15 minutes.
- By train: only 3 hours by TGV from Paris Montparnasse
