🐾 Pet-Friendly Stay
Small pets are welcome with a minimal pet fee. To help us maintain a clean and comfortable space for all guests, we kindly require pets to wear diapers at all times while inside the unit.
Pets must be leashed in all common areas, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets at all times.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire studio unit and all in-unit amenities.
🏊 Pool Access
Pool use is free of charge 3 people. Kindly inform us in advance so we can register you with the building management.
The pool is closed every Monday for maintenance.

Paid parking is available across the property.

Food deliveries via GrabFood or Foodpanda are welcome.

Please note that access is limited to the areas mentioned above and intended only for registered guests.
Other things to note
🏠 HOUSE RULES
• Overnight stays are limited to registered guests only
• Illegal or prohibited activities are not allowed on the premises
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit
• Please switch off lights and air-conditioning when leaving the unit
• To preserve a calm environment, quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM
• Any damage to furniture, appliances, or fixtures will be charged accordingly.
- A Php1,000 fee per item applies to stained or damaged towels, linens, pillows, sofa, carpets, and bedding
• Light cooking is welcome; however, foods with strong odors are not permitted
• Shoes may be left by the entrance,
• Trash bins are available in the kitchen (under the sink) and the bathroom; please dispose waste properly
• Rebookings made within 2 weeks of the stay are not allowed, in line with our cancellation policy
