The space

Both rooms open to the balcony with wide doors to enjoy the ocean breeze and make the apartment airy. Entrance is from a corridor and bathroom, kitchen windows open to that too.

For your comfort, you can find 2 smart TVs, 100Mbs fast internet and Netflix. Beside the basics, the kitchen is equipped with a toaster, a fridge with freezer, kettle and a washing machine(no dishwasher). Towels for showers, and towels for the pool. Beds are King (6"x6'8"- 180x200) and Queen (5"x6'8"- 150x200) sizes for a royal recharge with thick, semi-soft mattresses.

Self-service check-in is not possible.
There are cats living near the property (in a remote area), if this bothers you, please do not book with us.
Regarding insects: although we take pest control seriously, Tenerife - a warm climate with nearby gardens - can attract insects from time to time despite our best efforts. There is a weekly pest control service throughout the complex, and treatments are used continuously in the apartment. It is the guest's responsibility to keep the apartment clean and to frequently remove any rubbish that attracts insects. Insect spray is provided at all times.

Guest access
You are free to use the entire flat, 2 pools. You have to climb incline and stairs to reach the entrance. You have to walk uphill back from the beach/town. If you have mobilty issues please don’t book with us!
Parking is safe and free on the street, but sometimes limited.
South Tenerife Airport is about 20 mins drive on TF-1 Mororway (free). Exit 76.
Taxi costs about 40-55 EUR. If you prefer a private airport pick-up ( and I am available), message me prior to your arrival.
The bus stop is to 20 meters from the apartment but taxis and escooters are also available.
Bus 424 takes you to quite many places: Aqualand, Siam, Magma (police station), Zentral Center, Los Christianos. Comes in every 20-30 mins from 7:51-21:35.

To help ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful stay for all, please review and follow the house rules and terms outlined below.
No 4 adults allowed to stay!

1. Check-In / Check-Out
• Check-in: After 15:00 (3:00 PM)
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Please respect these times to allow proper cleaning for the next guest.
2. Keys & Security
• You will receive one key for the apartment and one key for all pool doors.
• Keys must be returned at check-out.
• Loss of keys requires a €100 fee due to the complete replacement of the locking system for security reasons.
• Any loss or damage will be discussed in person and documented.
3. Damages & Responsibility
• Tenant is responsible for any damage, misuse, waste, or neglect to the property or its contents.
• Example: Overloading the washing machine may cause damage and will be fully charged to the tenant.
•No hair bleaching or coloring or spray tanning permitted (damaged towels will be charged to the guest.)
• No smoking is permitted inside the house.
• No dangerous, flammable, or explosive items may be stored on the premises.
• Tenants agree not to commit or permit a nuisance or engage in behavior that may interfere with the comfort or safety of neighbors.
• Tenants must notify the Owner of any needed repairs expected to cost €10 or more.
4. Appliances & Maintenance
• The Owner confirms that all appliances (gas grill, stove, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator) are in good working order, and the house is clean, safe, and compliant with local laws.
• The Owner provides clean bed linens, towels, and beach towels at the beginning of the stay.
• Please follow instructions provided to maintain the cleanliness of the apartment.
• Notify the Owner of any dangerous, defective, or unsafe conditions immediately so they can be repaired promptly.
5. Utilities
• The Owner will cover the cost of:
• - Electricity
• - Water
• - Cable TV
• - Internet
6. Trash & Recycling
• Trash disposal: Located beside the main entrance door, built into the wall on the right-hand side (black metal door beside the buzzer). “BASSURA” “RUBBISH”
• Recycling containers: Available on the street at the lower entrance.
7. Wi-Fi & Entertainment
• The Wi-Fi code can be found on the bottom of the router.
• Use the “@” button on the remote control to access TV apps.
8. The boiler must wait 15-20 minutes between showers. Keep this in mind before taking long showers.
• Only toilet paper can be thrown into the toilet!
The guest is responsible for any blockages!
9. Washing Machine Use (top loading)
• Load your clothes- put washing liquide- CLOSE AND LOCK THE METAL DOOR FIRST! - then the top door- choose the program- start running!
• Do not overload the washing machine:
• - Max load: TWO TOWELS and a few light clothes per wash
• - Run multiple small loads if needed
• Tenant is responsible for damage due to improper use and will be charged the full amount if replacement needed.
