Our beautiful one bedroom apartment in the heart of Porthmadog would make an ideal base for couples. In the perfect location, a short walk to shops, restaurants, pubs, the park and the harbour. Black Rock Sands beach is just a 5 minute drive.
The space
The duplex apartment is set out over two floors. The ground floor encompasses an open plan fully equipped kitchen, living room with a dining table that seats two people, a large comfy sofa, armchair and footstool. The lower ground floor has a separate bedroom and wc/ shower room and small sunken outdoor area.
The property is kitted out with WiFi, smart HD TV, Netflix and other catch up channels, Xbox, fully functioning kitchen including oven, hob, microwave, kettle, fridge freezer, air fryer, toaster, utensils, washing machine/ tumble dryer and central heating throughout.
The apartment is professionally cleaned after each stay with fresh linen and towels provided for each guest. Tea, coffee and sugar is also provided.
Other things to note
Location - the property is in a busy town centre so there is the possibility of noise from neighbouring businesses including the restaurant we are located next to.
Head height - the bedroom and bathroom is located on the lower ground floor and therefore the doorway to the bedroom is lower than a standard door.
