3 BR home with 3 queen beds. Sleeps 6. 3 heaters- inc gas heater and two reverse cycle split systems. Brand new kitchen.

The space
1920’s double brick cottage. 3 bedrooms, two with built in. High ceilings throughout. Stylishly decorate. It has a new kitchen. Quiet neighbourhood.

Guest access
Guests can access the whole house and the yard. There is no access to the workshop in the backyard. There are steps at the front entrance. There are no steps at the rear entrance.

This house is located in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood of Extension Estate in Lithgow. The neighbourhood is filled with period houses from the 1910’s and 1920’s. The house is in a central location and is very close to the swimming pool and sporting fields. The house is located just off the Main Street and is a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk to the supermarket and shops.

I’m Michelle and I’m excited to be hosting on Airbnb! I’m a social worker and I work in the child protection field. I enjoy going to the local cafe’s for coffee and going out for dinner, so I’m well placed to give you some recommendations. I enjoy playing trivia at a local club, and I’ve recently started playing lawn bowls on the weekend. I’m very approachable and will endeavour to make your stay as comfortable as possible. My partner is Jason and he helps me run The Cottage - Lithgow. Jason is a coal miner, and he is Captain of Wallerawang Fire & Rescue and President of the Wallerawang Bowling Club. You will find us at the club on a Friday night trying to win a meat tray!
