Thank you for checking out our lovely holiday rental home located in Glan Gwna Holiday Park which is set within 100 acres of beautiful Countryside in the heart of Snowdonia. Come and enjoy the stunning views and sounds of the local wildlife and nearby River.

Our home is a Beautiful and peaceful 3 bedroomed cottage. It comfortably sleeps 6 guests and includes 3 bedrooms · 4 beds + travel cot & 1 bathroom.

You will have the full cottage to yourself including private kitchen and bathroom.

Lilly cottage is a cozy home from home, with the most amazing views and sounds of the river. We have everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

🏊 On-site heated swimming pool - open end of May until Beginning of September.

The swimming pool on our holiday park, also has ample & well equipped seating area.

🧺- onsite 24 hour card operated washing machines & tumble dryers which are so convenient, a text message can be sent to you when your washing is nearly finished.

Our property is ideal for families, couples or groups of friends to come and enjoy a fun-packed holiday and spend some quality time together.

🍽 The Route 66 cafe serves fantastic home cooked food, delicious full Welsh breakfasts, freshly made pizzas and Sunday roasts. You can eat in or takeaway.

🍺🍸 Pubs / Restaurants - onsite Poolside bar – offering a wide range of beers, wines, spirits, Gin bar, food and entertainment (open March to September)

Our self catering holiday let is based on the outskirts of the Royal town of Caernarfon. There is a marina, pubs, restaurants and even a night club in our local town. You can take boat tips from the town should you wish to go out on the water.

🎣 Fishing

Fishing is available on-site, you can even set up your rods from outside the property. A license can be purchased on-site £8 per day, £4 concession (prices are subject to change, please check and buy via site office). The River Seiont runs through the park which is a Salmon and trout river. There is also a lake on-site that you can fish on. We are based in Caernarfon at the edge of Snowdonia, North Wales with lots of other great fishing locations nearby.

Lilly Cottage has an enclosed rear garden with dining table and chairs. It provides an ideal area to sit and relax. You can listen to the rustling of the trees and the soothing sound of the river.

🧖 All bedding included- although you will need to bring towels.

Our self catering holiday let in North Wales is well-appointed and provides everything you will need for a comfortable stay.

A lovely and homely terraced Welsh cottage set in a beautiful riverside location on the Glan Gwna Country Holiday Park in Caeathro, North Wales.

🪑 breakfast bar and stools in the kitchen. Drop leaf dining table with chairs (stored under the stairs) which can be pulled put and set up as and when required.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, Electric oven and hob. Their is access to a hairdryer, wardrobes and mirrors in the property.

🚿 🚽Electric shower, toilet & sink.

Three bedrooms, 2x double and 1x twin rooms offer good flexible sleeping for 6 people and they are serviced by the family bathroom downstairs.

🔑 Great non-contact check-in experience. Keysafe access code will be provide prior to check in.

Arrivals from 3pm & checkout by 10am.

🚭 No smoking inside the cottage please. There is plenty of space outside to smoke if required.

Our holiday let has patio doors opening out to the enclosed rear garden area, with a table and chairs.

🔥 There is no gas central heating in the property, all the appliances are powered by electric. There are several sources of heat available within Lilly cottage namely a fireplace, wall mounted heatstone and several plug in radiators.

🐕 Pet friendly - We welcome well behaved pets. We ask that no more than 2 small to medium or 1 large dog stays at the property at any one time due to the size of the property. Also we ask that pets are kept downstairs.

We have an enclosed garden area. Lilly Cottage is situated in 120 acres of landscaped grounds on a family run holiday site. There are on-site woods where you can let your dog off the lead for a good run and have a walk along the river. There are lots of dog friendly pubs ect. nearby also.

👪 Families & over 25's only please because this is a family friendly site. We welcome younger groups of climbers however no hen or stag groups.

🚘 Off road parking- free parking right outside Lily cottage.

🗑 Guests are to dispose of all rubbish in the communal bins (take left hand turning after incline at the side of the river and follow the road round)

Our accommodation is ideal for anyone who loves being outdoors. Lots of coastal, forest and mountain paths close by.

⛰️ Mountains nearby inc. Mount Snowdon 15 mins away.

🌊 Water sports 15 mins away

Llanberis is very close to Lilly cottage where you can go paddle boarding/ kayaking on the lake or climb mount Snowdon. We are a 15 min drive from the foot of Mount Snowdon.

🏞️ National parks

Lilly Cottage, based in Snowdonia on the River Seiont is close to a lot of attractions including National trust sites. If you are a member of the national trust we are a great base for accommodation close to their North Wales sites.

🏪 Shops nearby- onsite Shop – well stocked with daily papers and a good selection of essential groceries

We are also very close to all the major supermarkets (Morrisons, Tesco and Asda). Caernarfon would be our closest town which is just 1 mile away which boasts a market held on Saturdays and also on Monday's in the summer months.

🛥️ Marina- 1 mile away in Caernarfon boasting lovely restaurants and great views.

Our Self catering holiday let in North Wales is close to a lot of North Wales castles and other Historic sites. Caernarfon Castle is 1 mile away and a great day out. We are 30 mins away from Anglesey which boasts lots of historic sites particularly Beaumaris Castle and pier. We are a short drive to many popular tourist destination in North Wales.

The Snowdonia national park is a haven for tourists and nature lovers. Nearby places to visit include: Beddgelert Village, The Royal town of Caernarfon, Anglesey and its beaches, National Slate Museum, Llanberis, Conwy, Penrhyn Castle, Plas Newydd and Bodnant Gardens. Family attractions Zip World, Surf Snowdonia, Go Ape and Dinas Dinlle Beach are a short drive away, as is Portmeirion, the otherworldly village made famous by the 1960s TV show The Prisoner.

A new £8 million centre has now opened on top of Mount Snowdon, boasting stunning views over Wales. There’s even a train to the top.
