Cozy Condo in BGC
I am sharing Liam's Crib to interested guests who like a home away from home. I have a fully furnished unit with comfortable bed, cozy interior and at reasonable rate.
Liam’s Crib is located at the heart of BGC. Close to shopping, nightlife and all that glitz and glam of luxe city living.
The space
A modern, cozy fully furnished unit designed for utmost comfort and relaxed lifestyle. My personal love for travelling inspired me to build a hotel-like space. This luxe & stylish 1 bedroom suite is on the 6th floor (above 6 level podium +ground).
This is a privately owned condo unit, not a hotel it does not offer hotel-style services such as daily housekeeping or on-site staff. We aim to provide a comfortable, well-prepared space and appreciate guests who are comfortable with a more independent, home-style experience.
If you feel that full-service amenities are important for your stay, a hotel or serviced accommodation may be a better match. Of course, if our home suits your needs, we’ll be happy to host you and are always available to assist with reasonable questions during your stay.

Guest access
You’ll have all 37 square meters/406 square feet to yourself, plus access to amenities like outdoor garden, children’s play area, pool (primarily for residents) and outdoor gym. Perfect for ultimate relaxation and bonding with your loved ones, Ideal for couples staycation, business travellers, just plain hanging out with friends. The space is equipped with a 49 in SmartTV, fibre wifi up to 150mbps and beautiful kitchen & dining space.
You may be asked for identification during check in.
You will need to leave 1 valid ID to the reception for the duration of your stay. this is our condo management’s security protocol.
Kindly note that the condo has 24/7 security/ reception on duty who will open the lobby door for you.

As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these simple house rules.
Strictly NO SMOKING in Liam’s Crib please.
No pets – sorry, Fido has to stay home.
No Parties or events.
Check in is at 2PM. Check out is at 12PM.
Please help conserve energy by switching off all electric appliances, lighting fixtures, air-condition when not in use. Open window whenever possible to let fresh air in. Use exhaust fan in the bathroom and kitchen when cooking.
If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement/repair.
No-moving of furniture please. The unit is carefully planned to make the most of the space. Any chip or dent warrants repair/replacement.
Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like tissue paper, sanitary napkins in the garbage bin we’ve provided in the bathroom. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of holiday. There is a garbage/rubbish room at the end of our hallway to your left after you exit the door.
Cooking is allowed for long term guests. Please clean as you go. Kindly note that there are corks provided. DO NOT place hot items on the granite top.
If guests are suspected engaging in illegal activities of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
Laundry: Long term guests may use the washer. Alternatively, there is a full service laundry shop below on the 1st Level.
Cleaning Services: Long term guests may opt for cleaning services for a fee. We can arrange for professional cleaners to come.
