Apartment located on the third floor without elevator (only door with a key box) completely renovated by us, with a beautiful optimization of space, a neat and choice decor including a wooden floor to live barefoot. A very bright apartment with solar hues and 3 skylights. Ideal for a couple with two children, two or three adults. Very soundproof. No noise from the street or the port.

The space
The apartment is located on a very sunny sea view square overlooking the port. Quality local shops are just a stone's throw away just up the street.
The beaches are a 10-minute walk away, the port just below is 30 seconds away, you are surrounded by essential shops, Figuerolles Cove and Mugel are located behind the shipyard, a 20-minute walk away. To visit the coves by boat circuit, depart from Quai Ganteaume starting in April. Departure for the Île Verte is from the port, five minutes crossing time, also from April. The center is fortunately pedestrianized, lots of nearby parking is available.
