The space
Ideal for extended families, friends & groups, with each property providing total independence and private space. All 3 Gites have recently been renovated to a high standard. The last guests described it as a ‘slice of peaceful paradise’.
Guest access
Guests have total access to the three properties, outside dining & bbq area, a secluded shared pool plus outside large garden with slide & swings for children & area to play French boules & badminton, large inside games room with table tennis, table football, darts & dining table. Ideal for families & friends who want the chance to be together yet have some independence in their separate Gites.
Plenty of room for private parking & easy access to gites including for wheelchairs.
Other things to note
Entrance driveway and 2 acres of communal garden shared only with Sakura (also on AirBnB), the main house & separate property, comprise the La Châtaigneraie (the Chestnut Tree) estate. Each property has its own private gardens, swimming pool and boundaries.

Located in the heart of rural French countryside. Nearest market town is Saint-Maixent-L'école, 10km & 15 minute drive away, with large Leclerc hypermarket & local produce shops,. St Georges de Noisne village shop is 3km providing selection of food, wine etc. Wonderful for long & short walks, bike rides & chilling. Stunning sunsets & sunrises. Car is necessary.
