A new, comfortable and welcoming condo in the heart of downtown Quebec City. Well equipped and tastefully decorated in a warm style, our condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay worthy of the hotel.
The cozy space is:

The space
The building:
Espace cozy is on the 4th floor of a newly built security building with a superior soundproofing, located in the Nouvo St-Roch neighborhood.

Cooking:
It has a full kitchen, including a dishwasher, equipped with the basics you will need for cooking (oil, spices, salt and pepper, Nespresso coffee, etc.).

Bedroom and living room:
The condo has a bedroom with a queen bed with a hybrid mattress like those used in the hotel, pillows and a duck down duvet as well as good quality sheets.

In the living room you will find a queen-size sofa bed with the same quality of pillows, duvets and sheets as the bedroom. A memory foam mattress topper is available in the wardrobe to provide more comfort.

Bathroom:
A shower with quality soap, shampoo, and conditioner (Vicky, your host, is a hairdresser!). Washer and dryer available as well.

Amenities:
A smart TV where you can access all your online streaming services (subscriptions required).
1500 Mbps high-speed internet.
Air conditioning.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire condo as well as its balcony to yourself .

You will share the gym, the rooftop terrace and its BBQ with the other users of the building. Take the opportunity to have an aperitif or cook while making new acquaintances:). Note that the terrace is closed for the winter period.

Other things to note
- The condo is part of a condominium that places great importance on respect and tranquility of its occupants. This is why no parties and excessive noises after 10pm are allowed. That said , with all the restaurants and bars located a few steps from the condo, these are not the places you will miss to party!

- Nail tires are not allowed in the indoor parking lot.

It's our passion for travel and new experiences that led us to rent our condo for travelers/workers wishing to discover our beautiful city.
