Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the Île de la Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette... but also restaurants located just around the corner.
If you are traveling by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a "Loire à Vélo" circuit, a bike room has been specially fitted out in the house. By car, you can park almost at the door!

The space
L'escale 175 has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, combined grill/microwave oven, fridge + freezer, induction stove and range hood and storage).
The living/dining room has a table and chairs for 4 people, connected TV, retro-gaming console and a sofa bed (sleeps 2 people, comfortable 17 cm mattress).
The bedroom welcomes you with its modular bedding (2 x 80 cm or 160 cm) to be defined when booking. By default the bed is prepared in Queen Size.
The bathroom features a large shower.
The added bonus is the bicycle storage room for cyclists, which also serves as a laundry room.
