In the small village of Delbo, 10 km north of Sala in Västmanland, lies this little gem. Lea's basement is a small house of about 25 m2 with year-round standard. Works as a self-catering for a long time, but also if you just want to stay overnight. Lea's basement is tastefully decorated with high ceilings, fireplace, kitchenette, toilet and shower. There is a double bed (160 cm and a day bed for two. There is also WiFi and a screen with Chromecast.

The space
The history of the house. The basement, whose entrance is in the house, belonged to one of the farms earlier and around 1900 there was a house with summer residents on top of the basement. However, this burned down but the basement remained intact and got its own roof. In front of the basement, a future brewery was built instead. It stayed there and now in recent years the brewery/cellar has been tastefully decorated.

The surroundings are rural and it is close proximity to beautiful nature walks. Lake Hillingen is only 2 km away and Sala has a lot of historical to offer in the form of the mine, etc. Other nice attractions nearby are Gårdsjö moose park, Norrängens alpaca, Östa Badet at Dalälven but surrounding Österfärnebofjärdens National Park. All this within about 30 minutes' drive.
