Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Le Studio is located in a small village nestled in the foothills of the Pyrenees mountains at the edge of the Languedoc-Roussillon valley, world-renowned for its excellent wines. The medieval city of Carcassonne is a must-see, as are the Cathar castles and gorgeous Mediterranean beaches, all less than 90 minutes' drive away. Hiking trails and cycling routes are plentiful. Five airports are within 1-2 hours' drive.

The space
Le Studio is a modern, self-contained 24 square metre studio apartment comprising an open plan area with space for living, dining, sleeping and a kitchen area and also a separate bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. There is a double bed, sofa, coffee table, dining table and kitchen with a breakfast bar and bar stools. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee percolator, cafetiere and toaster. Outside, guests have use of a picnic table with parasol, 2 lounger chairs, a bistro table and chairs and a barbecue (if heat wave regulations permit barbecues). Off-road parking is available for one car.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to Le Studio and access to the majority of 525 square metres of garden and off-road parking area. The host will retain the private use of a small, separate terrace on the opposite side of the building beside the hosts' entrance to their property and may require occasional, discrete access to the garden to water vegatables and tend to the garden.

Other things to note
Please note that due to recent, extensive renovation works in Le Studio, which included additional insulation in the floor and ceiling, the ceiling height is 186cm, meaning that Le Studio would be unsuitable for guests over 185cm tall.
There is a single step in Le Studio between the entrance hallway and the main living area and several steps in the garden which means that Le Studio would not be suitable for less-mobile people of all ages.
Please ensure that only human waste and toilet paper are flushed down the toilet. Thank you.
