The Arcachonnaise villa welcomes you to its new 38 m2 CHARMING GÎTE and its 2 comfortable bedrooms: private bathroom and toilet in each bedroom.
The Gîte is adjacent to the Villa where the owners live.

Bedroom 1 of the Gîte offers a cocooning and romantic space with new premium bedding in 160, a wall-mounted TV screen and equipped with ceiling ventilation.

Bedroom 2 of the Gîte, with Scandinavian and Zen decoration offers several possibilities: either a king size bed 160 new premium bedding for a couple or 2 beds of 80 for 2 children, or a bench offering a living room with wall-mounted TV screen and equipped with ceiling ventilation.

A space in front of the Cottage offers a garden as well as a table, umbrella and 4 chairs for breakfasts, lunches and dinners in a private space for tenants and not shared with the owners.
