We have renovated this large, single-story country house, which features three terraces and a large garden, perfect for enjoying the different times of day and the sunlight. The panoramic views of the hills of the "Little French Tuscany" will give you a feeling of freedom and tranquility, in the heart of the Gers region's golden triangle.
The house: This is a large family home where we live year-round with our two sons. It is very well-equipped and designed for hosting friends and family; children are very welcome! You have 5 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with a 160cm double bed, 2 children's/teenagers' bedrooms with a mezzanine that can accommodate 5 children), 3 bathrooms (2 en suite to the double bedrooms), plus 1 additional shower and 1 outdoor shower, and a large 60m² living room extending onto a terrace.
Please note: bed linen and towels are optional and not included in the price.
A beautiful garden surrounds the house, the saltwater swimming pool (4 x 10.50m) is secured by a submerged roller shutter, and there is a wood-fired sauna in a cabin at the back of the garden.

With the feeling of being alone in the world, the house is 100 meters from the heart of the village, with a restaurant opening onto the covered market, an Irish pub where you can enjoy live music in summer and winter, a night farmers' market, as well as a pharmacy, supermarket, tobacconist, post office, bank, nurses and doctor.Access to the municipal tennis court.A 5-minute drive will take you to the enchanting Château de Lavardens, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages, and to Castéra Verduzan, with its thermal baths, casino and market. 15 minutes away is Auch, the historic capital of Gascony, with its Cathedral, a major site on the UNESCO World Heritage route to Santiago de Compostela, shops, markets, restaurants, cinemas, museums...
