Set in lush green surroundings you will get a farmhouse feel with beautiful gardens and orchards. In the garden we have many fruit trees and seasonal organic vegetables.
It is a ground floor unit with two rooms. The rooms inside are joined and have a door in-between for privacy. The second room can be used as a living room. There is one kitchen and bathroom attached to the bedroom. There is a private verandah at the entrance where the guests can sit in and enjoy nature while sipping on hot tea.
The space
If you're a nature lover you will fall in love with the place at it is set in lush green surroundings with birds chirping and singing all day long. There are many fruits trees in the orchard including Mangoes, Litchees, Wood Apple (Indian Bael), Guava, Pomegranate, Lemons, Paper Mulberry, Mulberry, Indian Gooseberry, Chikoo. There are also freshly grown seasonal organic vegetables.
You will have private access to the entire space having an AC bedroom, living room, bathroom and a full fledged kitchen.
The place is well maintained.
There's safe car parking within premises.
Kitchen has LPG gas stove, mixer, pop-up toaster, fridge, thermus, RO water purifier.
We also provide freshly prepared pure vegetarian home cooked meals (pre ordered atleast one meal in advance and at a nominal cost).
Dormitory accommodation for drivers and helps is also available.
Please note that for long term stays guests will be provided once at the check in time with basic toiletries, coffee, powder milk, sugar, tea leaves post which the guests will have to arrange it themselves.
Guest access
All the spaces in the photographs are accessible to guests.
Guests can access majority areas of the property including the open gardens.
Since we reside in the same property, certain areas are kept private for hosts only.

HOUSE RULES
Guests are expected to read the house rules for the listing and abide by them
• Please note that we do not allow bookings for guests with local IDs.
• Guests must present a valid Govt. ID at the time of check-in.
• Unmarried couples are requested to please contact the host before confirming the booking.
• Additional Electricity charges are applicable as per the reading in the sub-meter of the facility.
• Guests are requested to avoid eating on the beds.
• Please wash the used dishes and utensils before check-out.
• Guests will be provided with one set of towels and linen at the time of check-in so please don't dirty the linen. Unsalvageable linens/bath towels will be charged extra to the guest.
• Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the rooms. Guests can smoke outdoors.
• For fire prevention and safety - please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the premises. This includes air conditioners, fans, hair straighteners and portable device chargers.
• Turn off lights and AC/Heating when not in use and when you're out of the property.
• Guests are welcome to cook their own meals in the kitchen.
• Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by the guest before departure.
• PLEASE NOTE: Children friendly DOES NOT MEAN the area is CHILD-PROOF. It is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor their children's actions AT ALL TIMES.
• Any time guests leave the property, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked to maintain security. We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables. In case you misplace something in the house, please let us know so we can look out for the item during the changeover.
• Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.
