The space
This centrally located condominium is situated right in the heart of Quezon City. It’s a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit on the 5th floor of Tower 2 of Avida Towers Cloverleaf. The fully furnished unit features a kitchen, four working elevators, and emergency exits with stairs. Inside, you’ll find basic kitchen appliances and other amenities. For relaxation, there’s a smart TV. The unit is cooled by a 1.5 horsepower air conditioner in the living room and a 1 horsepower air conditioner in the bedroom. There’s a dedicated workspace in the living room and a small laptop desk in the bedroom. High-speed internet is available for easy browsing, connecting with loved ones, watching videos, and more. A large refrigerator is provided for storing food and drinks to prevent spoilage. The unit also includes a full-sized bathroom and a balcony.

Guest access
You’ll have access to our studio condominium, as well as the swimming pool. However, only three guests can use the pool at a fee of ₱150.00 per guest per day. Advance registration is necessary to obtain approval from the condominium administration. Unfortunately, the gym is exclusively available to unit owners and residents, and guests are prohibited from entering or using it, as per condominium management policy.

Parking Information: We offer onsite parking for ₱300/day. Please reserve in advance as spaces are limited. If we are fully booked, public parking is available at Ayala Mall (subject to their standard hourly/daily rates, which may be higher).
