Feel free to use the first floor from the entrance as a shared lobby with 3 rooms.On the 1st floor there is "Kirin NO MA" and on the 2nd floor there are "Shishi NO MA" and "RYŻ NO MA" on the 2nd floor.The 3rd floor is also "SORA NO MA".
Other things to note
To enjoy a more comfortable ride on JR Yamanote Line, we recommend avoiding weekday rush hours, especially:
Morning peak: 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM
Evening peak: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
JR Ōtsuka Station can be very crowded during these times, particularly with commuters heading to or from central Tokyo.
If your schedule allows, traveling outside these hours will make your journey more relaxed and enjoyable.
