The space
Our home is a clean two-story house with all furniture included. Please know that all bedrooms are upstairs, so you must climb the stairs to go to the rooms. If you are traveling with babies, children, or elderly adults, you must watch them carefully at all times for safety. For sleeping, Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed and 1 single bed for 3 people, and Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds for 2 people. If you have a larger group, 3 extra guests can sleep in the living room on comfortable floor mattresses and the sofa with clean sheets.

Your booking price includes up to 2 guests. Babies under 2 years old stay completely free, but any child or adult from the 3rd to the 8th person must pay an extra guest fee for each night. Please select the exact number of adults, children, and babies when you book so the app can show you the correct price automatically. Only registered guests can enter or stay inside our home. To protect our property, any extra guests who are not listed on your booking will face a fine of ₱1,500 for each night billed directly to your account.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM or later, and check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM. We will send your easy self-check-in guide 24 to 48 hours before you arrive, so please read it carefully before you travel. Early check-in and late check-out are not allowed because our cleaners need every minute to clean, sanitize, and prepare the house on time for the next guests. If you check in early or leave late without permission, you will be charged a penalty of ₱1,500 for every extra hour through the Airbnb Resolution Center. We cannot keep your bags at the house before check-in or after check-out due to recent safety incidents we want to avoid. Because of this, we highly recommend using the free Package Counter on the ground floor of the SM Store inside SM City Clark, which is located right next to Cashier 7. This allows your group to leave your bags safely and securely while you shop or eat before your 3:00 PM check-in time!

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗪𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 & 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗜𝗻
Because our home uses an easy self-check-in system, we will not meet you in person to hand over the keys. For safety and security reasons, all guest communication must be done on the Airbnb app only, and we do not allow outside text messages or phone calls. Please use only the Airbnb app chat to message us after you check in, when you need help, if you have any problems, or when you check out.

Parking is free on the street right beside our house on a first-come, first-served basis, but please remember that a space directly next to the unit is not guaranteed at all times. You must never double-park, as subdivision rules require us to keep the road clear for our neighbors at all times. If the street space is full, you can easily use the extra free parking space at the neighborhood basketball court, which is just a short 3-minute walk away. Please note that all street and neighborhood parking is completely at your own risk.

You will have full, exclusive access to the entire townhouse. This includes both upstairs bedrooms, the living area, the fully equipped kitchen, and the laundry area.
