Our place provides guests the luxury of time and convenience as it is centrally located and within minutes from BGC, Ortigas, Mandaluyong and Makati Central Business Districts. Highly accessible to shopping malls and public transport. The building is guarded 24/7 for your security and peace of mind.

The space
Clean linens and towels are provided based on the number of guests. However, we do not provide toiletries. We have a convenience store at the Mezzanine Floor of the North Building open daily from 7am to 9pm. There are also nearby 24/7 convenience stores.

Drinking water will be provided. If you need to refill, bring your empty water container to Basement 2, open from 8am to 4:30pm. Just sign their logbook - it’s for free but they don’t deliver. You can wait or come back at a later time to pick up.

Push carts can be borrowed from the reception desk subject to availability.

Please note this unit's max capacity is 6 guests only. Visiting guests allowed only up until 10PM, and is required to leave an ID to the lobby. Violations caught will be charged accordingly.

Guest access
Guests will enjoy going around the property: palm promenade, jogging/biking path, open lawn, picnic grove, children's playground, sky park, roof deck, business center, hotel-like lobby, 24-hour security, basketball court.

available to registered guests only from 8am to 9pm, Mon-Wed (exclusive to unit owners and long-term tenants only during weekends and holidays). Closed on Thursdays for general cleaning. Before you proceed, please go to Reception Lobby to fill up a form. You will be asked to pay via online channels only, ie GCash, Maya (stricly cashless transaction only)

Basement Parking:
We can also arrange to rent directly from the unit owners at P350/day, payable to us thru GCash to reserve, but subject to availability. We will provide the parking slot no. and ensure that guards are informed prior to arrival. Unauthorized parking has penalty of P5000 immediately payable to our PMO before they unclamp your tires.

Please provide the car's plate number, color and model when reserving our basement parking.

Other things to note
For long-staying guests, we can arrange cleaning at P1000/visit. This includes changing of bed linens and towels. You have the option to clean on your own.

There are reliable laundry service providers who can pick up and deliver right at your door step at a minimal fee, ranging from 30-50 pesos per kilo. We also have self-operated laundry (wash and dry) at Basement 2 South Tower:
