The ideal place to relax or to work relaxed and creative. A small cottage on a plot of about 900 sqm in a light hillside location, located directly on the forest, outside a small village. Whether it's Digital Detox or Digital Native (here there is super fast internet), here you will find what is important in peace!

The space
The house has a 15 meter long, narrow terrace that extends over the entire length. In the covered part you find a small outdoor kitchen with gas grill. After opening the front door, you will enter the cozy, bright bedroom with a super comfortable box spring bed from a small hallway hallway. In the bedroom there is enough space for a desk, so the room also offers as a work or creative space. From the desk you look directly into a beautiful, natural beech forest.

Another door from the hallway leads to the cuddly living room. In addition to the solid real wood sofa, the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. A small dining table completes the room.

From the living room, you exit into the kitchen. There you will not miss anything, it is fully furnished. Of course incl. dishwasher. Nice are here, just like in the bathroom, the higher ceilings with exposed beams. Behind the kitchen is also the bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet and a beautiful vanity made of wooden planks with an attachment sink. The bathroom has a washing machine at your disposal. The bathroom of course has a window and even a door to the outside. Great advantage: short distances, for example, you can quickly get from the garden or terrace to the bathroom and kitchen.

There is a SONOS Box in each room. Just download the app on your smartphone and enjoy your favorite music and podcasts throughout the house. By the way, you will not disturb neighbors, because the house is alone - right by the forest! Do it as conveniently and easily as possible.

In the heating season from October to March, I will provide you with free firewood so that you can make yourself comfortable on cool evenings.

But, to be honest, nature does what it wants. Spider webs, ants, and other small forest dwellers are simply part of the experience. The garden is also more of a natural garden than a perfectly manicured English lawn. Those who like it original and want to enjoy the tranquility of the forest will feel comfortable here.

A small detail in advance: The roller blinds and blackouts have a mind of their own and are currently not fully functional. This means that in the morning, gentle daylight fills the room. Those who love to wake up with the first rays of sunshine will feel particularly comfortable here.

Do not drive by! At the first moment the driveway is difficult to see, because it is located outside the village. Trust your navigation and enter the small forest path just before the village sign. There is the house. You can park right next to the fence or in front of the cabin. Please make sure to keep the path clear. It doesn't look like it, but every now and then the forests or forest owners drive along there. Thank you!
