This modern Scandinavian home boasts 10 foot ceilings and upgraded countertops, cabinetry, appliances & furnishings. It's central location & close proximity to I-85 makes it perfect for vacationers & business travelers alike. Just 10 minutes to Center City and 5 minutes to the great restaurants, bars, and entertainment in the NoDa Arts District. The house is adjacent to 73 acre Sugaw Creek Park!

The space
Our home is all open concept living, dining and kitchen making it easy to spend time with your friends and family! There are two primary bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one on the main level and the other upstairs along with two secondary bedrooms! The 3 full bathrooms have double vanities leaving space for everyone to get ready!

- Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. There is a $1000 fee for not abiding by this rule.
- We live a few houses down so we are available, if needed!
- We maintain a safe & pleasant neighborhood with onsite security.
- Our home can only accommodate the number of guests shown in the listing details, no additional guests permitted.
- Minimum age requirement to book our home is 25+ years old.
