2. HOUSE RULES
- Kids (ages 4–12): ₱200 per child per night .
- Toddlers (ages 0–3): Free of charge.
- Clean-as-you-go policy.
- Take care of furnishings; damages will be charged.
- You may bring food & drinks.
- No cooking of strong-smelling food.
- Strictly NO pets, parties, drugs, smoking, gambling.
- Respect noise curfew.
- Take care of towels and linens.
- Turn off aircon, TV, and lights when leaving.
- Lock the door each time you leave.
- Do not hang clothes on the balcony (₱1,000 penalty).
- No unregistered guests allowed.
- No cancellation / No rescheduling once booked.
- Visitor Policy: Guests must inform us in advance of any visitors, including the exact date and time of their arrival and the visitor’s full name. Visitors will be required to present a valid ID at the lobby for verification.
Please note that the building has strict visitor protocols. If we are not informed beforehand, the visitor may be held at the lobby and not permitted to enter the unit.

4. POOL & PARKING ACCESS
- Pool Hours: 6am - 10pm
- Pool Fee: ₱150/day per person (regular days), ₱300/day per person (holidays).
- Pool fees must be paid in advance or upon arrival.
- Guests do not need to inform the Host/Agent if they plan to use the pool unless they need assistance with the payment. You may pay the pool fee directly at the Building Payment Center located at 2nd Floor. Payments are accepted during business hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon. The center is closed on Sundays and Holidays. Kindly note that the pool fee must be paid in advance before using the pool.
- Rates are per person per day (e.g., if staying 3 days, pool fees apply per day × per person).
- Parking:
- Cars: ₱60 for the first 2 hours, ₱15 per succeeding hour.
- Motorcycles: ₱70 per 12 hours.
- Food & drinks not allowed in pool area.

5. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
- Copy of 1 valid government ID required for all guests.
- Only registered guests with submitted IDs may enter.

6. Electricity Bill
For long‑term stays (28 days or more):
Monthly Electricity Charge:
- 1 guest: ₱2,000
- 2 guests: ₱3,000
- 3 guests: ₱4,000
- 4 guests: ₱5,000
Payment:
Guests may pay upon arrival during check‑in, together with the security deposit.
Application:
- Applies only to long‑term stays (28+ days)
- Short‑term stays are free of electricity charges
- Full monthly rate applies regardless of arrival date
7. HOUSEKEEPING AND MAINTENANCE
- During your stay, our housekeeper will clean the unit at least once or twice a week, free of charge.
- Guest staying for a longer period are responsible for daily cleaning of the unit to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
This regular cleaning helps ensure that the unit remains well-maintained and comfortable throughout your stay.
Please note that the housekeeper may access the unit with or without you present, but we will always notify you in advance of the cleaning day each week for your information.
If there are any issues or repairs needed during your stay, please report them to us immediately so we can coordinate with our maintenance team and resolve the concern as soon as possible.
We will never access the unit without informing you beforehand. However, please note that we may need to enter the unit for necessary repairs, maintenance checks, or to deliver items intended for your use. You will be notified in advance of the schedule so that you are aware of our visit, whether or not you are present at the time.
Cleaning tools are provided inside the unit for your convenience.
Please dispose of your trash daily in the designated garbage area located near the elevators.
Guests must provide their own cleaning supplies (such as soap, detergent, and cleaning products) and garbage bags.
Our housekeeper will use our own cleaning products during scheduled cleanings, but please note that these are not daily. Cleaning is available once or twice a week, depending on the availability of the schedule.
You may also request your preferred cleaning time, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
8. Additional House Rules
There is a gateway device installed inside the unit that must not be removed, unplugged, or tampered with. Doing so is strictly prohibited, as it may affect the smart lock connection, which is essential for emergency access or when guests request an extension of their stay. It may also impact other systems in the property.


9. LIABILITY WAIVER
The Host is not liable for:
- Accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during the stay.
- Loss of personal belongings or valuables.
- Any inconvenience caused by building management policies.
- In case you violate any building rules or regulations, you will be fully responsible for the corresponding penalties or violation fees imposed by the building administration. These must be paid directly to the building admin before check-out.
