Charming country house with friends or family - Rated 4* by Gironde Tourisme - Calm and tranquility guaranteed. 35 ha estate, bamboo forests, woods, hiking trails, meadow, vineyard, 2 ha wooded leisure park, pond, indoor heated swimming pool (May to September) + SPA.
Interior layout of the gîte: 160 m2, spacious bright living room on the ground floor, mezzanine, 3 bedrooms including 2 suites with bathroom upstairs and adjoining uncovered terrace.

The space
The entrance to the gîte is through a large sliding bay window leading directly to a large and bright living room of 40 m2 composed of a kitchen with central island, glass-ceramic hob and extractor hood, a wooden dining table, as well as a seating area with sofa, armchairs and coffee table as well as toilet with washbasin. We also have a pellet stove to heat the space in winter. A first staircase leads to a 25 m2 mezzanine for use as a relaxation/reading area (board games, books) and/or workspace (desk, chair).
A second staircase leads to the floor where the 2 suites with bathrooms and the 3rd bedroom are located.
The bathroom of the first bedroom is equipped with a large shower cabin as well as a wooden cabinet with 2 sinks and a separate toilet.
The second bathroom is equipped with a large Italian shower and a wooden cabinet with 2 stone sinks and a separate toilet.

Guest access
You can get around just as well by car as by bike or even on foot.
Parking spaces are dedicated to parking you right in front of the entrance of the cottage.

Other things to note
We are only 1 km from the village of Laruscade where you will find all the shops necessary for your daily purchases.
We accept pets, but do not want them to settle on sofas, armchairs or beds to avoid any damage.
