The barn is renovated in exposed stone which releases dust despite the cleaning carried out at each departure of tenants. We apologize, but that’s the downside of this type of building.

My work: Doctor specializing in Travel Medicine
I spend too much time: Travel, photography, baking
Hi, My name is France Brel and my husband Didier. I have 4 children I'm a travel medicine doctor at the Beziers Town Hall International Vaccination Center, but I'm not a tourism specialist. I am passionate about traveling to meet others and their culture (Africa: Mali, Madagascar, Mayotte, Niger, Senegal, Gabon, Morocco, Tunisia..., Asia: Maldives, Thailand, Myanmar, Bali..., America: USA, Canada, Mexico, Cuba, Costa Rica, Caribbean... and also Europe: Finland, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Great Britain, Switzerland, Russia, Portugal, Italy, Spain, Croatia, Hungary, Russia, Czechoslovakia, Scotland...). Gourmet of nature, photography and gastronomy, I suggest you share one of our two completely renovated stone houses both in very typical villages in two very different corners of Occitanie. The first in granite and wood is in the small Catalan mountain village in Sauto at an altitude of 1600 m, in the heart of a grandiose nature with a breathtaking view, close to the Font Romeu Pyrenees 2000 ski resort in the Pyrenees Orientales. This is the small barn in our family vacation home. The second stone is also in the small village of Pailhès in the Biterrois, ideally located in the heart of the vineyards between the great beaches of the Mediterranean Sea and the Caroux mountains, the Espinouse of the heraulty hinterland and close to rivers, the Canal du Midi, Orb ( in the Hérault near Beziers). Calm and serenity assured ... So you are welcomed with us, in our furniture, with neat decoration. You are neither in a hotel nor in a B&B. This is not my profession but we will put all our enthusiasm to make you feel at home. Read the description of the house carefully, I tried to be as transparent as possible, to avoid unpleasant surprises. Sometimes we will not have the opportunity to meet because I am away for work or my trips abroad to discover other lifestyles as well but I will always try to have with you one or two phone calls to explain how to get back, and if you want to advise you on the area. Do not hesitate to ask me if you do not know how this or that device works, what are our French habits if you are foreign because each culture has its own codes, its own habits and the first few days it can be confusing. That's normal. Please let us know if you have any inconvenience, so that we can try to resolve the issue as soon as possible and not at the end of your stay as soon as possible. Do not hesitate to ask us for information about the local activities because they are very numerous and the two regions are very touristy but the two villages are isolated from the crowds. It's part of the experience I'm looking for when renting these two houses, the exchanges if you want to. Of course, we expect you to respect the place. I can speak with you deutsch, english, español and French ENGLISH My name is France Brel, married with Didier I have 4 children I am physician medical doctor, specializized in travel medicine. I am passionated about travels on meeting peoples of others countries with their own culture . I went in Africa: Mali, Madagascar, Mayotte, Niger, Senegal, Gabon, Morocco, Tunisia, in Asia: the Maldive Islands, the Thailand, Myanmar, Bali, in America: the USA, Canada, Mexico, Cuba, Costa Rica, the Antilles and also in Europe: Hongria, Finland, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Great Britain, Switzerland, Portugal, Italy, Spain, Russia, Croatia). Natural gourmand, photography and gastronomy, I suggest you sharing these experiences(experiences) in one of our both houses we rent in two different areas of our great region Occitania in south of France. Both are touristics but the small villages are very quite , and absolutly not crowdy particulary in the summer. The first one is an old barn of stones, completly and recently renovated, located in a small village named Sauto in the Pyrenees Occidentales close to the ski resort of Font Romeu and Pyrenees 2000. It's the smallest of the two buildings of our familiar holiday's house with a fantastic view on the mountains just in front of you. Every seasons are oustanding here. 300 days a year sunny! The second one is totally renovated house of stones as well, and located in small village Pailhès close to Beziers. The area is absolutly great located in the heart of the touristic animations between the lovely beaches of the mediterranean sea, the different wineyards of Saint Chinian, Faugères..., rivers with the Orb, the Canal du Midi, and mountains to do a lot of walks in gorgeous mediterranean nature. All seasons are beautifull with plainty of sun. Peace and assured serenity... You will live in our home with our own decoration that I do for myself, not for rental. So I demand you to be respectfull because it's for a pleasure to share my house how I love it is. Read carefully the description of the house, I tried to be as transparent as possible, to avoid bad surprises. Sometimes we will not have the opportunity to meet because I am absent for work or my travels abroad to discover other ways of life but I will always try to have a telephone conversation with you to explain how to return, and if you wish to advise you in the area Don't hesitated to ask any questions you have. If you need something, if you want to know what to do in the aera, if you want a local recipe, or if something is going wrong... it's normal. It's not an hotel, not a B&B but like a self cathering. We are not specialized in tourism but I will be happy to help you during your stay in our home and if you enjoy your holidays. I can speak with you deutsch, english, español and French as well.
